My name is Glen Moore. I am a Texas Baptist Institute & Seminary graduate and have been part of the ABA for over thirty years. The last twenty-five years as a church planter and pastor of Lifeway Baptist Church in Cuero, Texas. I am a Ph.D. candidate at Columbia Biblical Seminary of Columbia International University. I have a research project focused on the preparations a pastor takes for himself and his congregation before beginning church revitalization. Below are the requirements to be part of this important research that will help us better understand and successfully implement church revitalization in our local churches.

Requirements:

1. Currently or within the past five years you have led a church revitalization project at the church you pastor or pastored.

2. A sustained conversion/baptism rate of at least 5 percent over three years.
